Our Team

Kelli serves as Vice President of Precision Rail Solutions. She holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

With more than 11 years of Class 1 railroad experience, Kelli brings extensive leadership and field expertise to the organization. She began her railroad career as a management trainee and advanced through several leadership roles, including Territory Supervisor, Manager of Track Standards, Assistant Director for production gangs, and Manager of Engineering for current and future expansion throughout California.

Kelli’s broad experience has given her a practical understanding of the complex challenges railroads encounter in the field. She is committed to helping clients improve safety, compliance, and operational performance through track inspection training, employee mentoring, derailment analysis, and hands-on track inspection.
